It's 630 pm and they close at 9pm. I asked for a sour creme and onion pretzel and they told me that they already clean the area so they can't make it ...I get them all the time and I know it just needed some sc&onion dust. I'm pretty upset. Lost a customer over wiping up some dust?
Every time I go there they never seem to actually have pretzels. I’ve been there 4 or 5 times and only got a pretzel once even when it’s hours before closing. I got there at 7 pm they are suppose to be open till 9 pm. I ordered two original salted pretzels, and she said they only had the one that was sitting in the case and they couldn’t make more. She said they normal quit selling them around 6. If that’s the case why in the world are they open till 9??
