The lady at the register used her fingers to put the pretzels in the cup with NO GLOVES ON with a bandaid on 🤮 I go here EVEYRYDAY they know me but today was unacceptable and it’s Saturday i know they are busy but use gloves. The manager lady i assume as she always appears to be in charge said that’s what they do..NO YOU WEAR GLOVES when especially when picking food with your hands that someone else will eat and you don’t juggle register and then go pick up pretzels with your fingers to fill the cup.. Wonderful customer service, but I ordered a pretzel with light cinnamon and it still had to much and my pretzel was burnt on the bottom. Not satisfied with my order.
Rude cashier and not the best customer service. As I am calmly expressing what I want, she talks over me loudly and tells me what I ought to get. Ignoring my request. While waiting in line, I noticed the other worker put an old pretzel in front of the new ones, so I knew I wanted one of the newer ones. You could tell a difference. I love the salted pretzels and cream cheese.
I had a medical incident at location and the staff treated me with so much respect that I will appreciate this place forever. I am so grateful
