2pm on Sunday they had 1 salted and 1 unsalted pretzel available and couldn't care less. THREE employees working and no food available
Quality was poor. Waited on order to be prepared fresh & they were burned. There were 6 workers all on top of each other. The guy at the register charged us twice, 1st time was the wrong charges, claimed it was refunded , still waiting for that to be put back by the way, will not patronize this location again.
Food is great but they take too long to get food ready and don't have enough space to sit and wait.
A pretzel here is over $2 more than a Pretzel at Grapevine Mills. OMG, rip-off.
