You don't order from the menu you have to pick from what they have ready & my pretzel bites was cold
For the life of me I cannot understand how I’ve been trying to order pretzels THREE times now and every time I go there I’m being told that that the pretzel cups are stale. I really don’t understand what’s happening here 😞. Am I to drive allll the way to the mall ?!!

The women that work here only speaks Spanish and when I was patiently trying to explain what I want, they got upset because they don't understand English. They were short tempered and unprofessional, one woman is plus size the other wear glasses. I don't understand why they are still employed there when they can't partially speak English. The original pretzel was cold and they never have original dipping sauce. This is the 3rd time I have encountered this within the past 2 years.
Worst shit ever DO NOT BUT HERE DONT WASTE YOUR DAMN MONEY ON THIS STORE, DISGUSTING CINNAMON BITES
