Does customer service exist here? It’s the fact that I walked right up to the counter and said “ Hi” and was literally IGNORED by everyone working. Horrible experience. Too be charged almost 8 dollars for a pretzel and can’t even get a simple Hello is crazy work.
No, that is not correct. Customer service representatives should not be rude, and they should not let people skip ahead of you in line. Overall experience bad interaction.
Service with a smile food was fresh
Highly disappointed. We orded $50 worth of pretzels and my card or neither was my sister's card being accepted. They said it was a problem with our cards but it wasn't since we literally used it 10 minutes before. The manager was rude and passive aggressive and indirectly called us broke. We requested to be rang up in a different counter and they did and my card worked. They proceeded to blame it on me because I wasn't tapping my card properly but I literally swiped and inserted it and it still didn't work. Maybe they should... read more
