Aaliyah (hope I spelled that right) always goes above and beyond when I call to customize my DoorDash orders. Around the world lemonade is not an option on the ordering platforms but every time I call she provides excellent customer service! I can hear the smile through the phone! I also frequent this location when out about as well and service along with all the tasty products are always on point! I'll continue to shop here
Very good Pretzels. YUH.
This was my first time at this location and I ordered regular pretzel nuggets and cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets both of them were hot and fresh. I also ordered a blueberry lemonade. The lemonade tasted like it was a diet lemonade so I end up pouring that out. But the staff was nice and friendly and they have a few tables nearby that you can sit at and eat your pretzels
Ordered a lemonade with my pretzels, when I got it I asked for a cup of ice and was told they can't give a cup of ice so I then asked if they could pour my drink into a bigger cup to put more ice in it and they said they couldn't do that either but to give them my cup and they pouted half my drink out into another cup to add ice so I then asked why would they pour half of my drink out and they said that's the way they have to do it so I politely asked for a refund and got a drink with proper ice elsewhere and this was the ma... read more
