The workers do not know English that well
Employee refused to give my daughter the only salted pretzel in the window. Both employees said it was too hot. I assured them we would wait for it to cool (we were ordering other food that could be eaten first) He would not say how long we had to wait, just answering no. He was insisting that I would have to get the pretzel bites if she wanted a salted pretzel. I did not order the drinks I was going to get and purchased them at the Walmart register instead.
Auntie Anne's pretzels are always great. There's nothing negative you can say about them!
The store does have separate register for Auntie Anne’s , the ppl over behave very rude to customer . They don’t have system that is ready for pick up order online. BETTER AVIOD THE STORE FOR ANYTHING.
