I went to auntie Annie’s and they had no frozen hot chocolate and they had no plans on turning the machine on and the pretzels were hard not soft ! Who do I complain to??
Customer service is ridiculous. I walk in no one is around. No pretzels are available. Now someone comes up say they can have some done in 5 mins. Wait another 10 mins and once again no one is around while the pretzel are cooking. They are all in the back messing around.
Very fast service and AMAZING pretzels no matter which pretzels you get they’re alllll awesome
The food was good. The customer service was TERRIBLE. Brittany was my server. At 11:50 am there were no pretzel dogs mini or regular. She was not friendly. I am guessing because I asked her to make some??? The Coke behind the counter was "out." No trays were available. I did not get my receipt and when I went back to ask, she didn't know how to retrieve it. Well what happened to mine? It had only been 2 minutes and only one other customer after me.
