My cinnamon and sugar pretzel was delicious. It was so soft that it almost melted in my mouth. The young man at the counter was super friendly. I will be back next week!
The African American cashier displayed a pleasant attitude. The two stars are for the pretzel. I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and it was overcooked. The bottom was hard. It was hard to pull apart and my jaws were tired from chewing. I noticed the last pretzel was removed from under the light, dipped in butter and placed in the cinnamon sugar container. Honestly my new favorite auntie Anne’s lol the one I have at my place is rly depressing and the pretzels always look old but this one was sooo nice even tho it was late the pretzels were still super fresh and the staff was super nice love this auntie Anne’s might come again if I’m in the area❤️
Macros was very kind and helpful . He made us fresh yummy pretzels and provided the best service :)!
