Occurrence 3. There was a whole rat in my cheese dip! Occurrence 2. Came to pickup an online order. It had been in for at least 20 minutes. I went there 2 days ago and forgot to leave a review, but do not go to this one in the mall. The lady was coughing all over everything and was extremely rude to my sister and I for no reason at all. Told us it’d be a few minutes for our pretzels, we said okay that’s no problem so we sat and waited then she put them out for us I was gunna ask for some dip but she was gone before we even got up to grab our pretzels. I went at 6:30 to pick up an order and they said they were closed and out of food. They close at 9… this is pitiful and obviously not a one time occurrence looking at other reviews.

Just didn’t want to make it. Highly do not recommend. Seems they close at a random time whenever the employee wants to leave.
