Today was the first day of the Golden Pretzel Pass promotion at Auntie Annes which costs $50. Asked about it and kept getting told "scanner broken" without any elaboration. If the scanner is "broken" you wouldn't be able to sell pretzels either... Not a good reflection of the Auntie Annes brand.
The staff was very friendly and nice. The pretzels were also very soft. I will go again next time.
I tried to go to this auntie Anne's for a buy one get one free deal and thought I could do some shopping in Walmart with my pretzel. They didn't have a scanner and were unable to let me get the deal so I had to drive further away in order to find an auntie Anne's that can scan my code.
Does not stay open until published closing hours, despite good foot traffic. Attendant at nearby subway had to inform us of this since there was no indication otherwise.
