I work in the outlet and frequent the store regularly. The lady who appears to be the new manager is professional, and courteous. This has been lacking in the store for months, a welcoming change. Food and service has greatly improved. The 2 stars on atmosphere is a reflection of the 3 guys, behind the counter, that act like they are at a bar rather than work. Don't waste your money or time ! I got a pretzel I tell you my fingers were thicker than that pretzel.. also it wasn’t cooked fully , pretzels at a gas station look and taste better shame
