This is for the Universal studios at the entrance Before u enter the park. When I arrived, staff was shaping pretezels and Trish, the person who eventually took my order, who busy talking with some man she appeared to know . This conversation was off to the side of where I stood to order. Well, I waited for Trish to appear at the counter but when she did not. I asked to person she was talking to(man) if they were open. sold a product that was out of stock and would not refund
Extremely rude workers.
The pretzels were burnt, hard, and old. I complained, and they told me it was the way they made them. I asked for a refund, but they denied it. They said I had to wait for a manager. I told them I'll wait, and they started saying it could take as long as it took for him to show up. They were very rude. They told me to go and complain in guest services of City Walk. I did but they can only take the feedback but they are not able to give me my money back. I ended up throwing them to the trash and loosing my money.
