On Sunday, I observed that the establishment was in the process of closing before the designated time of 5:00 PM. During this period, the team was already dismantling and cleaning equipment. Additionally, I encountered some challenges in my interaction with Eric, who appeared to be somewhat curt and seemed displeased that I placed an order close to closing time. Food quality was very poor - 2 large tubs close to $100 order and was soggy, most pepperoni at bottom of tubs and really had to reassemble and put toothpicks in to even make presentable. Very disappointed.
Robby, Jacob, and Joshie assisted me at this facility and they were the sweetest gentleman. They made our pretzels fresh and quick. Love coming here 💕
The people who work here all care about making great pretzels and taking good care of their customers. Make sure to stop by if you're at the mall.
Terrible experience. Gave me a small lemonade when the combo meal comes with a medium lemonade. Refused to change it out. Argued with me about what the sign says. Also didn’t give me my receipt.
