Bad experience cash only. I was there asking other teenagers where is the atm. They told I think it’s upstairs. At the food court , The people there at Annie’s heard me say that. I was standing in front of the counter when . I went upstairs to get the cash from the atm. When I got back downstairs. The people at Annie’s Said that there closed right when I got there with the cash in hand. 7:45pm. They were putting the Pretzels away there were a bunch of them. I come an hour and a half before closing and was told that they couldn't make either of the 2 menu items that I usually order because "they were closing soon". Oh well.
Kim was the best! I love their pretzels one of my faves at the mall !
My pretzel bites had a long thread in it or something thicker than a hair. Didn’t love that.
Pretzel not as good as their competitive counterpart. I only went because I had a gift card. Also they refused to serve free water. I don’t know if it’s only this specific location doing that or if all auntie Annie’s do it. When I go to their competitor store (none in this mall), they give free water.
