I come an hour and a half before closing and was told that they couldn't make either of the 2 menu items that I usually order because "they were closing soon". Oh well.
Kim was the best! I love their pretzels one of my faves at the mall !
My pretzel bites had a long thread in it or something thicker than a hair. Didn’t love that.
Pretzel not as good as their competitive counterpart. I only went because I had a gift card. Also they refused to serve free water. I don’t know if it’s only this specific location doing that or if all auntie Annie’s do it. When I go to their competitor store (none in this mall), they give free water.
Food was so old & hard.
