Pretzel not as good as their competitive counterpart. I only went because I had a gift card. Also they refused to serve free water. I don’t know if it’s only this specific location doing that or if all auntie Annie’s do it. When I go to their competitor store (none in this mall), they give free water.
Food was so old & hard.
No pretzel dogs for 15 minutes?? Why not? They should have these popular items ready.. terrible!
$9.64 for a small hot dog bite and they were all burned and disgusting
Decent taste but not worth the price. The price of a pretzel is literally a meal from Chick Fil A. No wonder they don’t have lines anymore.
