It's closed now because of the Monmouth Mall redevelopment. Their pretzels are too oily and buttery. Wawa's or Philly Pretzel Factory is much better.
This place is horrible, poor management and the food is disgusting, Food sits out all day dried up and they have a nerve to sell these items to you, instead of making you a fresh item.rate 0 stars if I could.
Came to order a sour cream and onion pretzel. I was then told that flavor is discontinued.. So I left and called Auntie Anne's in Tinton Falls and they told me the flavor was not discontinued they have the flavor at that store so I went to Tinton Falls store and received my fresh sour cream and onion pretzel I will not be visiting this Eatontown location again. Save yourself the hassle and drive to Tinton Falls location they are fully stocked on all pretzels and they will make it fresh for you on the spot.
Absolute joke. Asked for a small pretzel bites and they 'only have regular'. Avoid this branch. Staff attitude was terrible. They had everything prepped to be able to give me what I wanted!
