Really disappointed with our experience today at the Auntie Anne’s in Middletown, NY. My husband actually waited for them to open because we wanted fresh pretzels. These were supposed to be the first batch cooked, but they came out burned. We ended up ordering about $50 worth, expecting the usual warm, soft pretzels Auntie Anne’s is known for, but instead they were overcooked and dried out. Served me burnt pretzels, got frustrated when I went to use my sub club account because it's also a Subway and I had ordered a sub which was apparently extremely inconveniencing for them as well. Also you don't need to speak a language to know when somebody is blatantly complaining about you and your group. I could be wrong but if I am that's 100% the vibe they gave off. After asking a simple question whether they were participating in the free pretzel they hung up on me 3 times. When I called to speak to a manager then they asked to “help me”. The facility is dirty and disgusting and the service is clearly equally disturbing
We love to treat ourselves to pretzels! This location is clean and the workers are very friendly.
