Usually the pretzel bites are good however this time they were stale and burnt. This was at 1pm on a Saturday and it was pretty busy in the mall so they really shouldn't have been that way. On top of that the service was awful. When I ordered the young lady was short with me and rude. When I paid I selected "other" as my tip option and selected "$0.00" since her attitude didn't warrant any tip. I understand that closing is not a fun experience. I try to not leave negative reviews but I did not have a good experience here. I waited with my partner to be helped. After 8 minutes of waiting, without being acknowledged, the employee prepping food called another employee up front to take our order. Nothing was said to either of us. Alaija took my order one large pretzel bite and a”2 large diet cokes. The reply was we don’t have large available then charges me for 2 snails 1 Diet Coke and add 15% for herself when I hit zero. Watch out for this scam.

Just have the lemonade strawberry. The guy took order was good but the lady was awful. I am calm and non violent person. Try always avoid any kind of clash. After I paid I told pls very little ice(not more than 2 cubes). She indicate me here I already made it. I saw there lots of ice. She literally forced me to take it. To the owner of the business , Take care of your business. It is Not good for your business. Btw I am one who has business in this mall.

Old pretzels all the time, mediocre service and the long time personnel is rude and just a little mean. I asked if they gave discounts close to the closing time since their pretzels tend to not be fresh later in the day she said No and I could barely hear since she continued to work without looking up but was even ruder when I asked her what she’d said!
