Today I ordered pretzel bites and two lemonades, and asked for tap water for my toddlers cup. They wouldn’t give me water without charging me. Absolutely insane. I’ve never had anybody reject giving a CHILD water, especially when I’m already making another purchase. I have been coming here for 25 years and I will never be back. Even if I weren’t a paying customer, it is downright cruel and inhumane to deny a child (or anybody) water. Do better.
To the worker who took our order and failed to let your crew know. You simply took the order and left. No communication. We sat there for 30 minutes and when we asked another worker about our order, they had no clue! Shame on you! If you don’t want to work there, simply quit. No one wants your lack of effort. Quit immediately. To the other two lady’s, you were great! You carry the team! (In photo)
