Love pretzel places but this one was a huge disappointment. Pretzels should be soft and these were all hard and not fresh, sitting under a heating lamp. The cheese was in a prepackaged cup and you couldn’t dip your pretzels in it cause it was hard so you had to scrape it. Employees seemed like every customer was a bother and couldn’t be pulled off their phones.
The display's broken, and the staff doesn't even know their own products. They didn't have plastic cutlery when I asked, and the pretzels were soggy with pepperoni in the plain ones.
NI know who is the manager or in charge of the store but I was here last Friday and I came back today again and they still have the same problem their pretzel showcase does not work. In no aunte’s store I have seen something similar, the breads stay hot thanks to that but now it is damaged more they should be a week. Apart from giving a bad image to the customer, that doesn’t look good
