TL;DR I love pretzels, but the service is appalling. I came to the store to buy a pretzel and had gotten the gift certificate deal that I got an email about. I tried redeeming the $5 reward that came with the gift certificate deal and the employee was not able to figure it out. She had to call someone on the phone and after 5 minutes, she could not redeem it. In the end, I had to figure it out by messing with the kiosk.
