This was my first time here. Shop was cute and clean. Gal at the register was helpful, but that can only.go so far when everything else was horrible. Took over an hour for 7 pretzel cups and 7 lemonades. Not even frozen lemonade because their machine was broken. Food might have been good if it was fresh, but 1hr + later, most of it was thrown away. Such a shame, I love pretzels.
Horrible. The people working are so incompetent and unfriendly. I was there for an HOUR. For a cup of pretzels and a lemonade. They were prioritizing other people’s orders. I will never go back. It ruined my day.
I waited for 15 minutes for JUST a small pretzel nuggets- they still weren’t done and I finally had to leave. There were a handful of people in the store. Crazy. I’ll never go back.
