The pretzel I had was delicious! And the sauces they gave us really made it taste quite yummy.

These pretzels are tiny. I remember in the day they were thick and they were like twice this size. But, that’s not the employee’s fault and they were stellar.
My pretzel was delicious and the staff was fantastic!
Saw an employee put pretzels out for an order and another worker took one out and ate it. Also it took 20 min just to get pretzel bites. Employees did not acknowledge any customers and there were many people just waiting while they cleaned and stared. Plus the pretzels were burnt :(
