I want to compliment Estefany Matinez and Dora Chavez, they were friendly, professional, and helpful. They are also able to multitask between serving customers and assisting me in trying to log in to Aunt Anne’s App. There was definitely a glitch, I was frustrated but Estefany with her knowledge and expertise was able to fix the problem and I finally was able to log in and get my rewards. I am so impressed with their customer service and friendly attitude, I will definitely come back to this location in the future.
The restaurant was nicely lit.
Great food, pretzels were slightly above average in taste (nothing beats Wetzel’s Pretzels). Unfortunately it is in a mall, and the atmosphere is slightly below average (1 is bad, 3 is average, and 5 is exceptional). The wait staff is friendly, and surprisingly, they didn’t ask for a tip! All in all it is a great Auntie Anne’s if you are looking for a quick bite. Come see yourself!
