These pretzel bites are so horrible and inedible I am tempted to march back in there and get a refund! The top layer was stale and hard and the bottom ones are soggy and chewy??? If I’m paying almost $10 this is actually unacceptable. I took 4 bites of 4 different nuggets and threw it all away. Never again.
Can we get the Auntie Anne's from 10 years ago back? I know it's a busy Saturday but no original pretzels and the jalapeño pretzels was cooked to the point it was inedible. I know they have a captive audience but Wetzels Pretzels in the same mall is doing it better. Next time I'll walk the extra distance rather than get inferior food after giving them a second chance hoping the last time was a one time issue.
