IDK what is with this location, the Suntie Anne's inside Lakeforest Mall never had this problem. I was willing to give this place another chance because I thought maybe I ordered on an off day or something, but no. The last three times I've gotten pretzels from here (including the order I got today) these things have been RAW on the inside. I'm not exaggerating, They look done on the outside until you bite into them and you get a mouthful of barely cooked dough. How is this place still open?
It's not the best but I does the job from time to time. This one cashier said that he can keep the change which if the prices aren't high enough and if they kept what they need to be in stock I'd buy another pretzel rather than give him the change
Great Customer service had a small issue as they ran out of non salted pretzels. The young lady made fresh ones. This is what customer service is about the whole staff was very kind and professional handled. Would recommend this store. Don't let everyone's own opinions steer you away.

My mini pretzel hotdog bites made me ill. I only ate 1 1/2 because they tasted old. Not sure how long they had been sitting there 😕
