I asked for a small portion of the cinnamon pretzel. The cashier gave me one. I asked her if it was the freshest one she had. She said, yeah, it just came out. I tried it and said, hey, it's very firm and not warm, and it doesn't feel fresh. You can't taste anything, It's like hard bread. She said, that it just came out, therefore it was rhetorical freshest they’ve got. She was not willing to change it for me or give me a new one. Paid around $8 with tax. Never again.

Ordered cin/sug pretzel bites and a lemonade on my way out of Edison Mall. Ridiculous price of $14.25. Counter person couldn’t be bothered and shouldn’t work with the public. Pretzels were AWFUL. Obviously sitting around in the case for too long. Threw them out. Lemonade was good. Most likely not made there.

I cannot pass by an Auntie Anne's pretzels in a mall without getting a pretzel with their cheese sauce and a lemonade since I was in high school over 30 years ago. However, I definitely will be passing by every one of them now. I could tell just by looking at this pretzel that is was once frozen and not homemade like I remembered them making them years ago right in their stores. went to get a small pretzel nugget said that I had to wait 10 minutes when clearly they had 4 large pre-made in the window. But apparently you can't just split those into two smalls. Ridiculous!
