Just came in to redeem my birthday reward and the man just said how they don’t use the app because they’re connected to subway…. I already opened my reward so I had 9 minutes to use it and I asked “so what Am I supposed to do because it’s gonna expire?” … and he looks me dead in the face and says “go to the mall” MEANWHILE… I am 37 weeks pregnant with twins… CLEARLY PREGNANT LIKE U CAN SEE… I am in no condition to walk around the mall… which is why I went to Walmart really quick.
