Sad when u hire lazy. Its 1pm. The guy has pretzel on display as well as a customer standing there waiting. Yet you tell customers not taking orders now? Really are you open?

opened 1.5h after what’s said online (both on google maps, and mall website) took 30min to pay for food, then 30min waiting for food incredibly slow service. i’m not coming back to that place again.

3/12/2026 - Prices here are extremely high for what you get. It honestly feels like customers are being overcharged. On top of that, the customer service wasn’t great. The tall male employee working when I visited lacked basic interpersonal skills and seemed very unhappy to be there, which made the experience even worse. Customer service and pricing both need improvement.

The pretzels I bought were dry and hard to chew. When I returned them, the employee put on gloves and kept taking pretzels out of the container and checking them for a long time as if trying to prove they were fine. She said they were soft and there was nothing wrong with them, but that she could give me a new one if I wanted. The interaction felt uncomfortable and dismissive. I ended up asking for a refund instead.
