I wish people would do their research on how to properly run a business. Especially when it comes to food service. OMG is it that hard to offer fresh food! An old stall item of food is the ultimate F-U to a customer. Auntie Anne's is known for their fresh pretzels. I won't be returning. I paid for a fresh pretzel and received an old and hard pretzel. If I could leave zero stars - I would! Worst Customer service ever!!! I order a pretzel, she said it would be 10 minutes (um hello -- you are a pretzel store) I said no thanks so she offered to sell me pretzel bites, I should have walked away but said sure. They were cold , hard and honestly just old. I also got a large drink. As I see her filling it I loudly said that's enough ice, well too late she had filled the cup to the rim with ice.
