Incompetent staff charged me three times for my food and you cant reach them via phone. If they ask you to put your card back in here cause their reader isnt working dont. Might as well have lit 26 bucks on fire. Ive never negatively reviewed a buisness in my life on an app but this is ridiculous.
Got the pretzel nuggets with pepperoni and they were so hard I couldn’t eat them. I was so excited to get a pretzel too. And it was over $10 for pretzel bugs and a sauce
Terrible service, told me my debit card didn’t go thru, had me run it a 2nd time. Showed the employee 2 minutes later that it was deducted from my account twice. She said there was nothing she could do and no manager for me to speak. I was told the system would correct it and it could take up to 5 days, 2 weeks later no credit. Terrible customer service!!!!
Got 2 large pretzel cups and both were hard as a rock.
