I stopped by this location yesterday at 6:45 PM to redeem the T-Mobile promotion for a free pretzel. The store does not close until 8:00 PM, yet I was told there were no pretzels available for redemption and that no more would be made for the rest of the day. This was nearly an hour and a half before closing. Meanwhile, it was clear from the products still being prepared and sold that the store had the ability to plan differently and prioritize having the promotional item available. My son’s experience was eye opening for sure. A older white women exercised her antiblack feelings while reinforcing racism in the workplace by giving my sons items to white man while he was standing there waiting for her to hand his items to HIM. Is this some sort of unwritten code wink nod type of culture that you allow?
They gave us old dried pretzels that were in the display box. They were burnt too. Never received such worst pretzels from any of the other locations.
Need to reevaluate staff. The behavior coming from the manager, Alex Ferrero, is UNACCEPTABLE and UNJUSTIFIABLE. He knows what he did , and a does this so called "Family Buisness". Get your act together.
