Very unprofessional. I tried to redeem a reward and was told I had to come back another day with no explanation or purchase what was already made which had been sitting and was not what I wanted. Will not be visiting this location again.
I’ve been to auntie annes for years , and for the last three visits the cinnamon pretzel bites have been dry and or hard. Idk if it’s a new cook but it’s not giving.
They charge a $1.25 tip without asking onto my debit card. The bites was over cooked and oily. Definitely will get my bites in the future at the other pretzel place at this mall.
