The Indian employee told me they don't accept mobile reward deals from their own app. It says on the app they accept those T-Mobile rewards specifically. They will not accept any mobile rewards unless you order online so they get away with it

Placed a DoorDash order got the wrong item. They sharpied over someone else’s name and gave me that order. When I called the first thing their “manager” said was someone took my order so they decided to give me the order that was meant for the other customer. Then he put me on hold and came back saying my order never came up and they don’t know what my order was, but my name is on the bag. When I pointed that out he hung up and didn’t answer me back for a few minutes then tried to say I hung up.
