The staff were rude /unprofessional and tried to make me wait an HOUR for pretzels. Went 8/9/26 around 4:15pm and the young lady and asked about pizza nuggets advertised and the young lday working said it would be between 15-20 mins.. we had shopping to do so I said we could come back and I asked if I should pay now or pay when I come back. She replied when I came back was fine. This store has terrible management. Orders are frequently missing, and the food quality is unacceptable, often hard or burnt. It’s a bad look for Auntie Anne’s and clearly needs new ownership.
I wonder if the owner or manager look at the reviews? What terrible service this place has!
The blonde girl is always nice, I like the cinnamon sweet 🫶
