Worst visit ever. 4:30 pm wed 4/2, asked for unsalted pretzel bites, they laughed at me my wife and baby and said 20-35 min. Terrible staff. Will not stop by again and will write corporate about experience
The manager needs to learn how to do gift cards. It is pretty aggravating that I knew what she was doing wrong, but she didn’t want to even try. You have to swipe the gift card prior to the customer paying for it!
I have recently stopped by Auntie Ann’s and had a great experience with the young lady at the front. She was very polite and answered any questions I had and made my order swift as possible. Food was fresh and the drink was just right! 10/10 recommend Thank you Auntie Ann’s for having a great customer service employee like herself, it’s very much needed nowadays.
They knowingly sell old, stale pretzels when fresh ones are sitting right there. A customer should get to pick what they want to buy and not be forced to take the burnt stale ones that should probably already be in the trash. It’s ridiculous. You pay $4 for basically a cup of ice cause they put barely any lemonade in it. They should be ashamed. Needs new management.
Pricey for what you get and then the real annoying thing that it seems more and more businesses and employers are doing is putting their customers in the position of asking them to leave a tip for non traditional jobs that customers were not expected to tip for. Tipping was reserved for those employees who received LESS than minimum wage. Now it seems like everyone has their hand out expecting to be tipped for doing the job they are paid to do.
