The food is still okay but the service is horrible! The person making the pretzel is nice enough but the server with the mole (Sandra) made it seem she rather be anywhere else but working so maybe she shouldn't be working. We noticed a price discrepancy on the receipt versus the menu and asked about it and got a nasty attitude instead. Slow service and employees. Wasn’t greeted and the restaurant was cluttered. The ignorant employee (with the huge mole on her face) didn’t even know what a “fresh” pretzel was. This location also doesn’t honor the loyalty rewards program. I get much better service at the Arden and Elk Grove location. Thought I’d grab a snack for my daughter since I had a quick Walmart run but instead decided not to give THIS location any of my money.

I usually have no issues with this location. So today I go there and order a pretzel cup for my 4yr old daughter and I to share while I shop. I also ordered a medium soda. It's 10.35 because I tip $2, I try to tip when I can. But as I'm filling up my soda my daughter accidentally drops the whole thing of pretzels all over the ground.
