Why dont they ever want to make fresh pretzels? They bake for a herd, and it just sits there then get mad when you want your pretzels to be hot, buttery and fresh... news flash im spending my own money!! Ill Pass

I enjoy their rotating menu options.
The food is still okay but the service is horrible! The person making the pretzel is nice enough but the server with the mole (Sandra) made it seem she rather be anywhere else but working so maybe she shouldn't be working. We noticed a price discrepancy on the receipt versus the menu and asked about it and got a nasty attitude instead. Me: "Oh, was there a price increase as we got charge more than the price on the menu?" Slow service and employees. Wasn’t greeted and the restaurant was cluttered. The ignorant employee (with the huge mole on her face) didn’t even know what a “fresh” pretzel was. This location also doesn’t honor the loyalty rewards program. I get much better service at the Arden and Elk Grove location. Thought I’d grab a snack for my daughter since I had a quick Walmart run but instead decided not to give THIS location any of my money.
