the pretzels are consistently burnt and/or rock hard. they need to seriously fix their quality, it’s disgusting. don’t waste your money at this location!!
Management needs replaced. There was only one elderly worker on staff. He was unable to handle 3 doordash orders and serve a walk in customer in a timely manner. The service at Dibella's next door was WAY better. There's no excuse for management to only staff 1 person. Even mall stands staff 2 people.
It was free pretzel day. You dont mess with free pretzel day. Lol. Seriously though, I put in a mobile order, it was packed in the small place but my order was ready to go. It was almost in and out. The staff were working their butts off and I could tell. I dont come to that area often but im glad I did.
If yall don’t have something on the menu don’t put it as available and still charge people. Especially on DoorDash. Yall suck do better.
My brother waited for 45 minutes for his food, but other then that is was fine. I would maybe recommend it.
