First time ordering from here and the customer service was amazing. Sabrina and Drew were very helpful and friendly while helping me make a choice.
Fresh, delicious pretzels and excellent service! The food is always hot and flavorful, and the staff is welcoming and efficient. One of my favorite stops whenever I'm at the Oviedo Mall.
Closed before 7 pm (closing time) and wouldn’t serve pretzel nuggets that were sitting in the case.
This is a wonderful store, and Ariel, Michelle, and Holly are all absolutely phenomenal. We coordinated a field trip with Ariel for our Cub Scout Pack this morning, and everybody had an absolute blast! I have never had such an easy and positive experience coordinating an outing for a group of 15 kids, and will recommend a trip like this to anybody who asks.
