Had a good experience- Very quick and easy to order and the cashier was really nice!
Great customer service
Currently at the Auntie Anne’s in the water tower and the server Qemora T has a very bad attitude, her nails are extremely long and dirty, and she is also prepping food with no gloves and constantly checking her phone. I come to this location frequently and the pretzels are not cheap. Maybe you could work on some customer service training with the youth that you hire.
Very disappointed with my experience at the Auntie Anne’s in Water Tower on 03/24 at 12:48 PM. The employee (Qemora T) had a bad attitude and was handling food with long, visibly dirty nails, no gloves, and repeatedly using her phone while preparing orders. That’s a serious hygiene issue. When we brought it up, the manager was just as rude and dismissive instead of addressing the concern. We come here often and expect better, especially for the price. This needs immediate attention from corporate.
