Pretzel bites were very soggy- heavy on the butter on not fresh. After waiting in line we hoped to have a fresh pretzel. Nuggets so bad we even took them back to only receive another cup full of blah and they went to the trash — $15 down the drain
They’ll sell you a $10 pretzel, but won’t give you a cup of water even though the machine has it. ORD need to not refresh their contracts!
If you ask for a regular they won’t make you one if they have larges. But won’t pour the large into a regular, or say it’ll take 20mins to make a regular but you have to pay now for a medium versus when it’s ready
They were open at 530 AM with pretzels ready!
Usually great pretzel. It was hard and chewy. Staff was courteous.
