Their business is slow and service here was horrible.
One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced at a business. I am a Metro by T-Mobile customer and on 5/20/25 for their Tuesday special, they had where you could get a free original pretzel. After work, I decided to go to my train station where there is an Auntie Anne's to get the free promo. The manager, whose name is Tasha took my order. Made me wait 30 minutes only for them to never make my order at all.
I was in the bathroom with the girl behind the counter. She exited without washing her hands. Straight up disgusting.
