The lady at the counter was extremely rude and condescending. She did not have any pretzels ready and told me it’ll be 10 minutes rudely.

I don’t typically write reviews, but my experience at Jamba Juice in Concord Mills was honestly really upsetting because of the cashier, Nina. The way she took our order felt extremely disrespectful. She rolled her eyes at us and kept making facial expressions as if we were taking forever to pay on the terminal, when in reality it probably took us no more than a minute and a half. Poor customer service, workers standing around on their phones, no sense of urgency, sticky messes all over the counters
I signed up for the rewards on the app to get the free pretzel. The woman working said I could only get salted. The terms and conditions says original, cinnamon sugar, or almond. She was extremely disrespectful and refused to acknowledge the coupon. Appalled at how I was treated. No receipt was given because she didn't want a corporate complaint. She was the most rude worker I have ever met.
