The location with auntie Anne’s and Jamba is top-notch . Excellent customer service. The manager Michelle there is really great and friendly.
They didn't have many items available and the staff didn't seem to want to sell what they did have... I love aunt Annie's pretzels but a little disappointed
Told me to my face they wouldn’t make a regular pretzel for me. Even though I was willing to wait.
Was told I could only order what they had in the case because their ovens were over worked! So could only get the original nuggets or cinnamon sugar nuggets. I could also only get the regular size. The cashier got upset when I asked for my receipt.
Placed a mobile order at 6:07pm with a pickup time of 6:18. We got there around 6:20 and were told it wasn’t ready yet. We waited another 20 minutes (only for pretzel bites and a standard pretzel so not a big order at all). After 10 minutes I asked for an update and she told me the pretzels were still in the oven (no apology and she barely acknowledged I was standing there).
