Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve had in Charlotte yet. The young boys in the front need to be fired. Making a young girl cry like that.
I visited this location on 3/22/26 and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Everyone is always so rude. Do better!

Absolutely loved it! I’ve never had such a wonderful, tasty, salty pretzel before. Fresh, warm, and perfectly seasoned, truly delicious. On top of that, the staff are very kind, professional, and soft spoken, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended! 🥨
