Hello Auntie Anne's Northlake Location, Today I went to Northlake Mall specifically to go to Auntie Anne's to get a free cinnamon pretzel at 4PM because today was Free Pretzel Day. Upon walking to Auntie Anne's I waited in a long line and once I approached the register I ordered my free cinnamon pretzel. The cashier then told me that I was unable to get a free pretzel because the manager told her to stop giving away the free pretzels at 3PM. Good food but staff is almost always on bathroom breaks everytime i go they are on br break longest 5min break ever👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Btw i stood there waiting for almost 20min and left just waiting for the worker to get back from break.
