Having kids on counter getting things for free
I have been there maybe 7 8 times since it is really close to my home. The place is a hit or a miss depending on what staff are there, some don't care if your food is cold or hot, some go the extra mile to cook an extra batch right there. So, all in all, customer experience can be better. Food is the same as anywhere else.
I just want to say I’m by far disappointed. I came in there not too long ago and let me start with the gentleman they were calling Rashod (I don’t know the spelling) he is very rude. It took almost 20 minutes for me to be acknowledged. The other employees were on their phones laughing and giggling. The music was inappropriate. So I proceeded to ask the gentlemen Rashad where Ms Ebony was and he laughed and started murmuring disrespect about her.
