There seems to be a whole new crew at this pretzel place. The guy running the cash registers looked like he could care less about what he was doing. I ordered a pretzel with extra butter and extra salt. They handed me a pretzel with no butter and barely any salt on it. When I asked, could you please make it the way I ordered it I was told well “we can’t change that once it leaves the case”. Then maybe you should get the freaking order right before you hand it to the customer!! Definitely a place to avoid now
Can’t “alter” no salt told doesn’t stick over 10 for some unsalted pretzel bites and 2 for small chess about as much personality as a rock
Love this place
Just got my pretzel nuggets. I was very excited to see that fresh ones that just came out. I asked for the fresh ones and the employee told me that they are strictly forbidden from doing that and that cameras are recording. He was regretful about it. Not his fault but an absolute disappointment and ridiculousness by AA. If I’m paying over $8 for pretzels, I expect freshness. Shame on you.
