Can't go in at 11:15am and just grab a pretzel because there weren't any made yet. The employee was kind enough and stated that they open at 10am and need time to make the pretzels.To me, thats a terrible practice. Why open the store, have potential customers come in only to be told they have to wait 15 minutes? BTW, $5.19 a pretzel--Yikes!
Made it there like 10 mins before they closed and they already closed up shop. If you close at 9pm, you should close at 9pm.
15-20 minutes for pretzel dog bites. I just needed something quick to eat. Instead I STILL haven’t eaten hours later because I’m too stressed to prepare food. Thanks a lot for absolutely ruining my night.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime I’ve been here whether it’s in the morning or afternoon they NEVER have pretzels. Why even call yourself Auntie Anne’s at this point?
