The girl was somewhat friendly but not great customer service skills. My issue if the cinnamon pretzel bites. Completely disgusting. Stale, chewy, and not warm. Did not taste good or fresh as advertised. So overpriced as well! This is why I go to the other pretzel maker.
Went in around 415pm on 2/16 none of the 4 workers offered to assist me they were too busy goofing around, too bad as I wanted 3 dozen full sized Cinnabon.
Came in at 6:48pm and they close at 8pm they had already stopped making pretzels! Only had 1almond left and wouldn't make anymore!
