Pizza pretzels are not good, the pepperoni tastes like the Hormel you get at the grocery store for home mde pizza...not good. The pretzels are awesome, though
SHABRIA!!!! ♥️ greeted me with a smile and provided excellent service. Even suggested I sign up for rewards. ( because I said I come to the mall just for the pretzels) Would absolutely come back to this location.

If i could give less than 1 , I would. 3 ppl working. Dealt with 2. Need customer service training. Very cold & rude. Seemed like they were being bothered. Ordered 2 small pretzel bites. They must of been from yday. Tough. Not fresh by no means. No ice in my pop. Asked for ice. The young lady acted like I was imposing and filled another cup 1/2 full of ice and gave it to me. Is there a shortage of ice now? . I won't be going back! Not worth what I paid. I wonder if I was overcharged like the other reviews 🤔...
