Two Saturdays ago 2/28 I came right before closing and tipped. I was rushing and paid with my phone. I meant to pay with the $20 bill and leave a tip from that. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I tipped a $20 bill. I’m from a near by city so I didn’t want to drive there before calling. When I tried calling the phone doesn’t work and there’s no answering machine. The cashier was a young Caucasian chubby guy with curly hair. He was nice but Auntie Annes, fix the phone.
Refused to make more of something they were out of and the manager was really rude about it. Based on the reviews alone it’s obviously has gone downhill since that manager has been there and they clearly don’t care about driving business away which is sad.
Wow. This place is just insanely over priced and the pretzels are awful. Also, don't expect your customers to tip your below average staff for handing you a cup of old pretzels !!
So good and yummy
My pretzel was fine but the staff needs to be replaced…
