I waited in line behind seven people and ordered a cup of salt pretzels, a cup of cinnamon pretzels, and a drink. The cashier rung me up for those things then told me she didn’t have any salt ready and asked me if I wanted two cinnamon or a cinnamon and a plain unsalted pretzel. I told her it was just for me, and I wanted both flavors and didn’t need two cinnamon and asked to refund the salt pretzels they didn’t have. She offers to put salt on the already made plain pretzel.
