On Friday evening at about 7pm put in for pretzels dog bites and pepperoni bites and sweet bites. 6 or 7 pieces raw dough yeasty tasting. Mix of hard and soft made a little challenging to eat. Good concept with food idea just perfect the process.
Very pricey but super tasty
No clean place to sit. Pretzels had been held in warmer for too long. Help wasn't helpful. In fact,to the point that she was even a bit rude...to the extent that I didn't order a smoothie that I had intended to have. For the premium price, we'll choose somewhere else.
Horribly understaffed.
The food is fine and is how we expect. The smoothies are DELICIOUS. But the employees are AMAZING and what make us keep coming back. Thank you for focusing on customer service. Alex and Jillian made us feel so special on my son's birthday
