Terrible service had to wait 10 minutes before they stop hiding it in the back only to have to wait for my online order to be made when I got there. It wasn't even busy
Waited for over 30 minutes for something so easy to make waste of my time
I’ve ordered many times, and have always been told it will be a 5-10 minute wait/shorter but for the last couple of visits, they have taken almost 2 hours to make my food. I understand they’re short staffed, but they were taking everybody’s order but mine so therefore I had to wait that long. They gave me a free pretzel coupon but when I went to redeem it, and got my pretzel after waiting about 15 minutes, I found a hair in my pretzel. I have brown hair, not blonde!
I'm not much of a smoothie type of person but I do wish they had strawberry kiwi. Lol. Maybe one day. I do love their cinnamon sugar nuggets though. The service has always been top notch.
Every time I have gone to this place it's been a great experience with both the staff and food. Honestly my favorite place to go around here
