Had the worst interaction with the employee who was impatient, rude, and treated us like we were inconveniencing her. We were the only people there at 8:30 pm. What a horrible attitude to deal with for some pretty basic, overpriced pretzels.

Many customers, including Muslims, Jews, vegetarians, and people with other dietary restrictions, are concerned about cross-contact when products containing pork are prepared using the same butter, trays, or preparation surfaces as other baked items. A simple change, such as using separate butter, trays, or preparation areas for products without pork, could make a big difference.
