Customer service was absolutely terrible. Not willing to accommodate the customer on making a pretzel when the store is still open. Rude staff that is not willing to listen.
Serious if I say hi how are you and yes I even asked how the days going To get no response but just what can I get for you And when I said thank you have a good day both people didn’t say anything just turn around and went back to talking to each other how rude
Customer service and management is terrible. I have an Auntie Anne's gift card that I used just fine recently at another location, and the employees at this Buena Park location couldn't figure out how to use it. Not exaggerating. She was even on the phone with her supervisor and couldn't figure it out. By the time I got fed up and used my CC to make the purchase, my pretzel was cold.
