Customer service and management is terrible. I have an Auntie Anne's gift card that I used just fine recently at another location, and the employees at this Buena Park location couldn't figure out how to use it. Not exaggerating. She was even on the phone with her supervisor and couldn't figure it out. By the time I got fed up and used my CC to make the purchase, my pretzel was cold. Many of these locations keep changing their hours so frequently that the information on Google is incorrect. This Jamba Juice / Auntie Anne's location has had a number of issues since opening. These include consistent timely service, ordering ahead not working in store so you have to wait longer for orders after you get to the location, so it's not just incorrect hours on Google.
